Hello shoppers, today we're going to talk about some very cool athletic shoes from Nike. The site is nikeid.nike.com. I remember when this site first came out it was just one style of a basketball shoe that you could customize colors, shoe strings, write words on, etc.
Now it's progressed pretty significantly, you can pick so many models of shoes, for all kinds of sports, and get some big sizes. Also, there's such a nice selection here that you could easily pass some of these as casual shoes if you wanted. My favorites are the running shoes, I love to wear these from day to day just because running shoes are light and comfortable, plus with less material they make my feet look smaller =] Most of these shoes unfortunately, with the exception of basketball shoes, only go up to a size 15.
I guess my point is, it's hard to find big shoes period, but it's even harder to find the styles we like in our size. So sites like this are a breath of fresh air, because not only do we find ourselves having to settle for generic styles, the shoes we do happen to find aren't very unique because other tall people are wearing them too.
I hope this has helped, but remember, don't just look for one specific category when it comes to buying shoes or you'll narrow your selection. Like I said, I wear running shoes as my casual kick-arounds.
